Our History
Kodiak Construction was founded in 2000. After serving as an executive with one of the nation’s largest home remodeling companies, Greg Olson took his experience and a great deal of hope to found Kodiak Construction. Kodiak Construction’s initial team consisted of Greg Olson: President; and Tim Hayes: Executive Vice President. The initial success of Kodiak Construction was based on the many years of industry experience these three brought to Kodiak Construction LLC. Never forgetting to put the client first, the company has experienced significant growth over the years and looks forward to serving new clients in the future.

Greg Olson
PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Greg graduated from Northern Michigan University. He started working in the home remodeling industry in the 80s. After working as an executive for a national home remodeling company, Greg decided to start his own company, Kodiak Construction, in 2000. Since then, Greg has been dedicated to his company and, most of all, his customers.
Tim Hayes
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Tim graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and Marketing. Tim has been a part of the Kodiak Construction team since it was founded in 2000. Contact Tim to schedule an appointment for a free in home estimate.

Whitney came to Kodiak Construction with a substantial background in customer service and administration. Whitney has been a part of the Kodiak team for over 15 years. Whitney would be happy to help you with any service issues or billing questions.
